The goal of Boardman Cottage employees is to provide a safe and comfortable home for residents.  They prepare meals and perform the same types of  housekeeping duties they would do in their own homes.  They also help residents with personal care and activities that have become challenging for them.  They provide companionship for residents and look for ways to brighten their day.

Our employees receive on-the-job training to keep resident records and care for special needs, and they can take training courses to increase their skills and compensation.
